Top RN Schools

The University of Washington in Seattle takes the top prize as the nation’s highest ranked nursing school. The University of California San Francisco keeps a long standing reputation as one of the finest nursing establishments in America at no. 2. The University of Pennsylvania nursing school and the Johns Hopkins nursing school are number three and four respectively.
The University of Michigan nursing school in Ann Arbor is fifth. (Chapel Hill in North Carolina is both fifth and twelfth.)

Tied for seventh are FIVE nursing schools, Yale University among them. Others in seventh place for top rated nursing schools in the United States are the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Maryland school of nursing in Baltimore. Oregon Health and Science in Portland and the University of Pittsburgh share the seventh place trophy.

Nursing as a career is a booming business, and many top colleges have invested in career programs and occupational nursing programs. UCLA, the University of Iowa, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill rank twelfth. The academic rigor of many top nursing schools is reflected in the competitive application process and wait list volumes. Nursing students in the top tier nursing programs should have the best study methods possible.

In fifteenth place is a four way tie. There is great nursing at Case Western Reserve, Duke University, Indiana University, and the university of Colorado at Denver.
